1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to, navigation through, and use of the website www.costalocker.es, as well as the hiring of services offered by Costalocker, a trademark owned by Montero y Romero Integral Services S.L.

Accessing or using this website and/or hiring any service implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.


 

2. Service Information

Costalocker provides users with an online platform for booking and renting storage lockers of various sizes, available at designated locations.

The service is available to legal entities and individuals over the age of 18 who comply with the conditions outlined herein.


 

3. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Use the website and services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms.
  • Refrain from storing prohibited items in the lockers, as specified in our usage policy.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the booking process.
  • Safeguard their access credentials and codes, assuming full responsibility for their use and any resulting misuse or negligence.


 

4. Purchase and Payment Process

All purchases are made online through Costalocker’ official website.
Prices, taxes, and specific service conditions will be clearly displayed during the reservation process.

Payment must be made through the secure online platforms enabled by Costalocker.


 

5. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 103 of the Spanish General Law on Consumer Protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully executed or has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent before the 14-day period expires.

However, if the service has not started, the User may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of booking.

To exercise this right, the User must send a clear statement of their decision to info@costalocker.es.

Where applicable, Costalocker will reimburse the User within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that the service has not yet begun.


 6. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In the event of a dispute, consumers have the option to use the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform allows consumers to submit complaints and resolve disputes out of court.


 

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute related to the website or the services offered shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts corresponding to the registered address of the service provider, unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise.

Costalocker reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in applicable legislation, technical improvements, or service updates.
