Terms of Use and Contracting


 

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions govern the use and booking of locker rental services provided by Costalocker, a registered trademark of Montero y Romero Integral Services S.L., through the website [main url].

These conditions constitute a binding contract between the User and the Service Provider, hereinafter referred to as "the Locker Owner".


 

2. Service Description

Costalocker allows users to rent lockers of different sizes for 24-hour periods, with access limited to the operational hours of the facility (from 09:00 to 23:00).

All bookings are valid from the moment the User completes the reservation process.
After booking, the User will receive a confirmation email, and a reminder will be sent 30 minutes before the start of the reserved period.


 

3. Types of Lockers Available

[brand name] offers two types of lockers: M and L, with the following dimensions:

  • Locker M: 39.5 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth). Suitable for cabin-sized luggage.
  • Locker L: 82 cm (height) x 43 cm (width) x 56 cm (depth). Can accommodate:
    • Option 1: Two cabin-sized suitcases and two backpacks.
    • Option 2: One medium suitcase and one backpack.
    • Option 3: One large suitcase and one handbag.
    • Option 4: Three cabin-sized suitcases.


 

4. Use of Lockers

Within the limits defined in this document (see Section 13: “Prohibited Uses”), the User may freely place their luggage in the rented locker(s), provided they respect the size, time limits, and restrictions indicated.


 

5. Locker Availability

Users can check locker availability through the website [booking url].


 

6. Rental Duration

The rental period is 24 consecutive hours, starting from the time selected by the User or from payment confirmation for immediate bookings.

Access hours: from 09:00 to 23:00.
Outside these hours, Users may continue to store items in the locker but will not have access until reopening.


 

7. Access to Lockers and Responsability

Access to the locker is granted via a digital code sent to the User’s email after completing the reservation.

The User is solely responsible for keeping the access code secure and for planning access to their belongings during operational hours (09:00 to 23:00).


 

8. Modifying or Canceling Reservations

Users may cancel or modify their booking by writing to [contact email], at least 24 hours prior to the start of the rental period.
No refunds will be issued after that deadline.


 

9. Pricing and Payment

Locker rental prices are those listed on the website at the time of booking.
Prices include VAT and correspond to the use of a locker (according to the selected size) during the reserved period.


 

10. Reservation Process

Booking at Costalocker is easy and quick. Follow these steps:

  1. Select Services: Choose the services you want to book from Costalocker. Click on each service to view a detailed description, features, and prices.
  2. Book: Click "Reserve" to select the service(s) you want and complete the reservation.
  3. Finalize Purchase: Click "Finalize Purchase" to continue with the contracting process.
  4. Enter Your Details: Provide your [name], [surname], [phone number], and [email] to complete the purchase.
  5. Accept Terms: By processing the order, the User accepts these Terms of Sale and chooses the payment method from those offered by Costalocker.
  6. Confirmation: After completing the contracting process, you will receive an email with the reservation confirmation and access codes to the locker.

11. Reporting Incidents

In case of a blockage, malfunction, or any other issue with the locker(s), the User can contact Costalocker support by calling the number indicated on the website or sending an email to [contact email].


 

12. Forgotten or Abandoned items

Refunds will be processed once Costalocker has received payment from the User for the amounts charged for the delivery of goods (depending on the number of items and their destination). If 10 calendar days have passed since Costalocker notified the User in writing of the amount to be paid and the User has not made this payment, it will be considered that the User has abandoned the luggage for all purposes.

 

13. Prohibited Uses

The use of lockers to store the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Drugs, weapons, explosives, or illegal substances
  • Flammable, toxic, or hazardous materials
  • Stolen goods or dangerous items
  • Animals, perishable food, or biological waste
  • High-value personal items (e.g., jewelry, cash, laptops)

Violation of this clause releases Costalocker from all liability and may result in police intervention.
